What an unforgettable night in Downtown Naperville! On Thursday, November 20, 2025, The Ville Team – Coldwell Banker Realty, welcomed friends, family, clients, and community members to celebrate the Grand Opening of our office at the iconic Willard Scott House at 101 N. Washington Street. With an estimated 150 guests throughout the evening, the home was filled with energy, excitement, and genuine community spirit from the moment the doors opened.
The celebration began at 4:00 p.m. with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 4:45 p.m. Speakers included Charles Cole from the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce; Naperville City Councilman, Patrick Kelly; and co-owners of The Ville Team, Walt Burrell and Bridget Salela. It marked an important moment for the team as we officially introduced the space as our own. Guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres and drinks, and the chance to explore the home, one of Naperville’s most cherished properties, that had been a law office for the past 50 years.
“The Willard Scott House has been part of this community’s story for over 150 years, and now it becomes part of ours,” said partner Bridget Salela. “We’re excited to carry that legacy forward, honoring its history while creating a space that reflects innovation, collaboration, and our ongoing commitment to serving clients with excellence.”
The evening was more than a celebration of an office space, it was a celebration of community. The turnout exceeded every expectation and reminded us of the strong relationships we have built over the years.
