Winfield is only 27 miles west of Chicago on the Union Pacific West Line with a population of 9,700. Winfield is home to Central DuPage Hospital, one of the largest hospitals in the Chicago suburbs. It also proudly showcases the oldest remaining railroad depot in Illinois – Hedges Station.
