East Highlands Neighborhood

East Highlands is one of Naperville’s most coveted neighborhoods with its mature, tree lined streets and close proximity to Downtown Naperville. The neighborhood is quickly changing and developing as new home construction projects are booming. With so many trying to move into this fantastic area, lots are hard to come by and are quickly sold.

Families are able to enjoy short walks to their neighborhood’s primary school Highlands Elementary. And, when the kids are older Kennedy Junior High and Naperville Central High School are just quick bus ride away. North Central College is directly adjacent to the neighborhood. This vibrant East Highlands neighborhood is always buzzing with activity. Many neighbors enjoy biking through the hilly streets as they make their way to the easily accessible bike trails. Take advantage of the many area parks including the beautiful Burr Oak Park located off of Villa Avenue. As you stroll along the walking path, you’ll discover that it leads to the scenic Veterans Park. This leisurely 5 minute walk brings you near the intersection of Washington Street and Hillside Road and the famous Downtown Naperville Riverwalk. In East Highlands, you are never far away from all of the shops, restaurants and community events.
