        Century Hill Subdivision

Welcome to the Century Hill subdivision located in the northern portion of Naperville, Illinois. Century Hill has over 300 homes throughout its 19 streets that were mainly built between the 1960s and 1980s. The neighborhood was developed in more than one phase, resulting in a slight distinction between the homes. You will also find tall, mature trees, large sized lots, lush lawns and friendly neighbors.

The subdivision has only two entrances, both located directly off of Chicago Avenue. Residents love this feature as it provides less cut-through traffic for overall safety and private living. The Century Hill neighborhood is conveniently located just over a mile and half from Downtown Naperville and near both I-355 and I-88 for easy commuting. Naperville Country Club is directly to the west and there are large open spaces located to the backside of the neighborhood in the North. Downtown Chicago is just a 40 minute train ride away after accessing the easy-to-use Pace bus service to the nearby BNSF Train Station.

Although Century Hill is in an unincorporated portion of Naperville, it has full city amenities for sewer and water while providing home owners with lower taxes. Students have the option to be bused to the Naperville School District #203 assigned schools which includes Prairie Elementary School, Washington Jr. High, Naperville North High School.

Neighbors enjoy congregating for activities throughout the year. Get involved in events like block parties and groups such as book club, women’s club and much more. There’s so much to love about the Century Hill subdivision!
