October 2025 Housing Market Report for Naperville, Illinois
The Month’s Supply of Inventory (MSI) for attached and detached homes in Naperville for October 2025 went down to the 1.6 Month’s Supply of Inventory mark from 1.9 MSI in September. Most of that number is comprised of less available homes for sale. In Naperville, there were 226 attached and detached homes available for sale. And, we had 149 homes close. The average sales price in October 2025 was $650,879, almost flat year over year – only down .5% from October 2024. The average selling price per square foot was $257. And, the average days on market stayed steady at 20 days.
