October 2023 Housing Market Report for Naperville, Illinois
The Month’s Supply of Inventory (MSI) for attached and detached homes in Naperville for October 2023 has decreased and is now at the 1.15 Month’s Supply of Inventory mark. In Naperville, there were 188 attached and detached homes available for sale. And, we had 164 homes close which is up almost 14% from September 2023. The average selling price per square foot for October 2023 was $235, decreasing just slightly from September 2023. The October 2023 average sale price was at its highest level compared to October 2022 and 2021. The average days on market reduced to 15 days.
