March 2025 Housing Market Report for Naperville, Illinois
The Month’s Supply of Inventory (MSI) for attached and detached homes in Naperville for March 2025 was down 37% to the 1.1 Month’s Supply of Inventory mark. In Naperville, there were 139 attached and detached homes available for sale. And, we had 127 homes close. The average sales price in March 2025 was $646,950, up 13% from the previous month. The average selling price per square foot was $262. And, the average days on market decreased 31% to 20 days. The March 2025 DOM was at its lowest level compared with March of 2024 and 2023.
