The Month’s Supply of Inventory (MSI) for attached and detached homes in Naperville for January 2026 went up to the 1.6 Month’s Supply of Inventory mark. In Naperville, there were 145 attached and detached homes available for sale. And, we only had 90 homes close. The average sales price in January 2025 was $667,752, up 4% from January 2025. The average sold price per square foot was $259. And, the average days on market jumped up to 33 days.
