The Month’s Supply of Inventory (MSI) for attached and detached homes in Naperville for December 2025 went down to the 1.1 Month’s Supply of Inventory mark. In Naperville, there were 133 attached and detached homes available for sale. And, we had 116 homes close. The average sales price in December 2025 was $597,688, down -5% from December 2024. The average selling price per square foot was $262. And, the average days on market went up slightly to 24 days.
