White Eagle
Located in Naperville, Illinois, the White Eagle neighborhood is a thriving community with a rich history and abundant amenities. Named after Naperville’s first settler, Willard Scott, known as White Eagle among the Potawatomi Indians, the neighborhood boasts 1,085 homes and a diverse population of residents. As a pool and tennis community, White Eagle offers a zero-depth pool, water slide, lap pool, and eating area surrounded by lush landscaping. The tennis facility features eight lighted courts and seasonal programs for all ages. Residents can also enjoy the clubhouse, available for rental, which includes a full kitchen. White Eagle prioritizes education and safety. It is home to the White Eagle Elementary School and benefits from a 24/7 security service. The community surrounds the Arnold Palmer designed White Eagle Golf Club, providing residents with stunning views and open space. While membership in the golf club is optional, the 51,000-square-foot clubhouse offers exercise equipment, a dining room, a swimming pool, a lounge, banquet facilities, and clay tennis courts, catering to various interests. The community straddles the Du Page-Will county line, resulting in White Eagle residents sharing services such as a Naperville ZIP code, Naperville Park District, Indian Prairie Unit School District 204, and utilities. However, municipal services like water, sewer, police, fire, and ambulance are divided between Naperville and Aurora. Built between the late 1980s and mid-1990s, White Eagle features townhouses and single-family homes. A newer section by Eastman Custom Homes was added in 2017. The neighborhood’s convenient location in Naperville, south of 83rd Street and west of Route 59, offers easy access to major routes and amenities. With its sense of community, diverse amenities, and shared resources, White Eagle provides a vibrant and welcoming environment for its residents to call home.Sorry we are experiencing system issues.
