The Month’s Supply of Inventory (MSI) for attached and detached homes in Naperville for March 2026 went down 40% from the previous month to the 1.2 Month’s Supply of Inventory mark. In Naperville, there were 157 attached and detached homes available for sale. And, we had an influx of closings – 132 homes closed. The average sales price in March 2025 was $664,059, up 3% from March 2025. The average sold price per square foot was $271. And, the average days on market went down to 26 days.
