June 2026 Housing Market Report for Naperville, Illinois
The Month’s Supply of Inventory (MSI) for attached and detached homes in Naperville for June 2026 decreased 19% from the previous month to the 1.4 Month’s Supply of Inventory mark. In Naperville, there were 303 attached and detached homes available for sale. And, we had an 29% increase in the amount of closings compared to the month prior – 217 homes closed. The average sales price in June 2026 was $701,348, up 6% from June 2025. The average sold price per square foot was $279. And, the average days on market went up to 19 days.
