The Month’s Supply of Inventory (MSI) for attached and detached homes in Naperville for February 2026 went up to the 1.9 Month’s Supply of Inventory mark. In Naperville, there were 166 attached and detached homes available for sale. And, we only had 88 homes close. The average sales price in February 2025 was $650,451, up 1% from February 2025. The average sold price per square foot was $262. And, the average days on market went down to 30 days.
