February 2024 Housing Market Report for Naperville, Illinois
The Month’s Supply of Inventory (MSI) for attached and detached homes in Naperville for February 2024 increased to 1.49 Month’s Supply of Inventory mark. In Naperville, there were 130 attached and detached homes available for sale. And, we had 87 homes close. The average selling price was $702,322 which is 22.76% higher than February 2023. The average selling price per square foot for February 2024 was $242, slightly lower than the month before. The average days on market was around 29 days – the lowest level compared with February 2023 and 2022.
