Paul began his real estate career in 1989 with a private technology company in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois where he conducted commercial site surveys and commercial lease reviews. In 1995, the technology company was sold and Paul co-founded a new startup company, Med-Net in Naperville, Illinois.
In 2003, Paul switched gears and became a Broker with Coldwell Banker Primus. Here is where he gained residential experience as a multi-million dollar realtor while working with several new construction developments in the western suburbs of Naperville, Oswego, Aurora, and Montgomery.
In 2005, Paul expanded his real estate services to include multi-family, industrial investment properties, and office leasing. With a bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, he felt prepared for the transition to more commercial real estate transactions and teaches commercial real estate for the local realtor association.
When Paul isn’t assisting clients, he enjoys lending his time to multiple community organizations. His community involvement includes: Past President-Elect of Oak Brook Association of Commerce & Industry; Past Vice Chairman of DuPage County Chambers Association; Former Board member of Habitat for Humanity; Former Board member of Naperville Responds for Our Veterans; Member of Naperville Chamber of Commerce
